Fr. Jade Licuanan, a FHS member turned priest, was also there to lead a pilgrimage from another group of people. Although, their pilgrimage was for a series of churches and Kamay ni Hesus Healing Church was their first stopover.
There was a slight delay in the trip going to Lucban because the jeepney’s broken fan belt needed to be repaired. It was still a blessing from God because Bro. Tony Tenedero, Head Elder of FHS, already instructed the driver to stop even before the fan belt’s failure. If the jeepney didn’t stopped earlier, there could been an oil leakage and the trip could have been delayed further. Also, it came to a halt at a stopover in Pililia, Rizal where a bulaluhan eatery can be found.
After the mass and healing session, the FHS members ascend to a hill beside the church called the Via Dolorosa Grotto of Healing and Purification. The hill has 292 steps, comprising life-size statues of the 14 Stations of the Cross that lead to a 50-foot statue of the Ascending Christ.
