Planning and Review of Goals in Cavite

Last December 29, 2008, the Pastem (Pastoral Team) and Ministry Heads went to Picnic Groove in Tagaytay City, Cavite to review and revise the goals of the Flock of the Holy Spirit Catholic Charismatic Community. Although, the session started in the 1st Floor of the Formation Center, Immaculate Conception Cathedral, Pasig City while waiting for the hired vehicle. A planning session in 2007, also in Tagaytay City, gave birth to these goals. These objectives focus on spiritual formation, empowerment, and community building.

To further attain those goals, the team modified it through prayers and with help of God. They centered their attention in making action plans that are concrete, specific, time-bound and quantifiable. At the same time, these action plans are flexible and will be reviewed every quarter.

Since there are three goals, each of it had been assigned to each elder for supervision. Spiritual formation was assigned to Bro. Tony Tenedero, the Head Servant while empowerment and community building were assigned to Co-Elders Bro. Jun Manalo and Sis. Mary Bansag respectively. This will build an effective monitoring of these goals since there is a division of work among elders. Each elder has a team to help them to take charge on monitoring of the aims.
